What’s the order process?

  • For first-time clients: Your journey begins with a complimentary sizing kit, ensuring a flawless, bespoke fit. Once your kit is en route, our Customer Experience Team will connect with you personally to guide you through the process. After receiving your exact measurements, we will curate and design your set in collaboration with you.
  • For returning clients: With your sizes already on file, we move seamlessly into the design phase, crafting your next set with precision and artistry.

How do I size my nails?

Each sizing kit contains numbered tips. To measure:

  1. Make sure your nails are completely bare (no polish, acrylic, or gel).
  2. Gently press each tip against your natural nail to find the size that fits perfectly from sidewall to sidewall.
  3. Record your sizes and share them with us.

How many times can I reuse my press-on nails?

With attentive care, your handcrafted set can be enjoyed for years. Each piece is sculpted in premium acrylic, offering the luxurious look and feel of a salon-quality set. Many of our clients curate an entire wardrobe of nails, rotating them to complement their look and mood. The included adhesive tabs allow for secure wear and effortless, damage-free removal.

Can I order replacement nails?

Yes! If you lose or damage a nail, you can order replacements anytime. Simply contact our Customer Experience Team via text or email at info@nailedbyslim.com.

How long will it take to receive my finished nails?

Processing times vary depending on the design and seasonal demand.

First-time customers: The sizing kit process takes 3–7 business days. Once we receive your sizes, we immediately begin creating your set.

Fulfillment times after sizing:

Basics: 7–14 business days

Curated Designs: 7–14 business days

Custom Requests: Timeline varies based on complexity
